TERRA computer systems is authorized to collect customer data with their consent. This data is archived for the necessary processing period . Personal data can not be provided to third parties except for carriers providing transport services.

TERRA computer systems considers customer privacy as important. The porocessing and personal data storage is in relation to EU law 2016/679(GDPR).

Data administrator

The Personal Data administratos is TERRA computer systems s.r.o. with its registered office in Brno, Olomoucká 81, 627 00 headed by the Regional Court in Brno, Section C, Insert 16624.

Once the customer has provided his Personal Data, he/she has the right to receive at any time information on the existence of personal information about his/her person, to know the content and origin of the data, to verify or update or request deletion.
