Using UV (Ultra Violet) technology a clear coating of 3 microns is applied evenly over the printed surface of the disc resulting in "INSTANT DRY" which enables you to place disc direct into PVC wallet without sticking. Inkjet printed discs offer the benefits of full digital print "Direct to disc surface" with fantasticlly high resolution, but being waterbased the inks can smudge with moisture.

 The technology involves applying a precision amount of controlled spray onto the surface of the disc, then moving the disc under an UV lamp to instantly cure the surface.

 "Adjustable Coating Head Technology" allows the user to fine tune the finish they prefer from FULL GLOSS to SATIN depending on preferance & Disc surface type.
